Table Rental Info

Rules for the events

​

All firearms must be strapped in a manner that deems inoperable.

 

 No ammo in any mag/clips, NO loaded Magazines or clips allowed on premises.

 

ONCE THE SHOW OPENS TO THE PUBLIC, ALL FIREARM TRANSACTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC MUST BE FROM BEHIND/ IN FRONT OF YOUR RENTED TABLE SPACE! (no transactions in front of another vendors space)

ABSOLUTLY no firearm transactions shall be done outside of the event or in the parking area

​

Depending on how many tables you have we ask no more than 2 people behind

one 8ft table.

​

​

Zero tolerance for early packing unless you have received prior permission from show staff.

​

All vendors must provide table covers,for each table rented.

​

All vendors must pick up own trash and leave there area clean an tidy, FAILURE to do so will result in a $50 FINE that will be added to your next show.

Friday Setup

2:00PM - 6:00PM

 Saturdays

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summer hours 9AM - 4PM

Sundays

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Summer hours 10AM -3PM

Please put event name in the event spot. Not private sell or FFL, you can put that in with what you are selling.

Once you have paid for the tables, please give us a call to confirm tables and event.

FAILURE to confirm will not guarantee table space upon arrival to the event as many events sell out quickly.

In the event that you do not confirm and the event sells out, you will be issued a credit in the amount paid for any future events.

This also includes anyone that had prepaid for an event and does not cancel within 21 days prior to the event.
